Background of Accreditation in Pakistan

Quality in higher education is not a new thing in Pakistan. At the time of independence, Pakistan has only one higher institute “University of Punjab” and forty colleges. It was recommended to expand higher education institutions in Pakistan. This expansion also gave birth to the University Grant Commission in 1947. Standards in medical education were recommended first time in Health Conference in 1947 as per the Indian Medical Council Act of 1933 (Bengali, 1999; Isani, 2001; Ullah, 2005). Punjab, Sindh, North, and West provinces held their exclusive Nursing councils assisting Provisional Nursing Council and Midwifery Boards under Indian Nursing Council.     یقیناً! گرمیوں میں جلد کی حفاظت بہت ضروری ہوتی ہے کیونکہ تیز دھوپ، پسینہ، اور گرمی جلد کو متاثر کر سکتے ہیں۔ نیچے چند آسان گھریلو ٹوٹکے اور احتیاطی تدابیر دی گئی ہیں جو آپ کی جلد کو گرمیوں میں تروتازہ اور محفوظ رکھنے میں مدد دیں گے۔   دھوپ سے بچاؤ دن کے وقت خاص طور پر 11 بجے سے 4 بجے تک باہر نکلنے سے گریز کریں۔ اگر جانا ضروری ہو تو سن اسکرین لگائیں اور چھتری یا اسکاف استعمال کریں۔ سن اسکرین لگائیں SPF 30 یا اس سے زیادہ والی سن اسکرین استعمال کریں۔ سن اسکرین کو باہر جانے سے 15-20 منٹ پہلے لگائیں اور ہر 2-3 گھنٹے بعد دوبارہ لگائیں۔     زیادہ پانی پئیں دن میں کم از کم 8-10 گلاس پانی پینے سے جلد ہائیڈریٹ رہتی ہے اور گرمی کی وجہ سے خشک نہیں ہوتی۔   ہلکی اور سادہ غذا کھائیں تیل اور مصالحے دار کھانوں سے پرہیز کریں۔ پھل، سبزیاں، دہی، اور لیموں پانی کا استعمال بڑھائیں۔ چہرے کو دن میں 2-3 بار دھوئیں Mild فیس واش یا ٹھنڈے پانی سے دن میں کئی بار منہ دھونا جلد کو تروتازہ رکھتا ہے اور پسینہ، مٹی، اور تیل کو صاف کرتا ہے۔ 🏠 گھریلو ٹوٹکے...
